DriveForce uses information you provide to respond to inquiries and consider employment opportunities.

Applications and contact

When you apply, we collect your name, email, phone, city or ZIP code, relevant experience, availability, earliest start date, screening answers, and any résumé you choose to upload. Calls, texts, and emails are handled through our telephone and email providers.

How we use and share it

Authorized DriveForce staff use application information to review your interest, communicate with you, and manage hiring. Our hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. We do not sell applicant information.

Storage and retention

Applications remain in our system until the owner removes them. Archiving does not delete them. Permanent deletion removes active application records and attachments. Backup copies expire under our backup retention schedule, normally within 30 days. Email correspondence and exported records are managed separately by authorized staff.

Cookies and technical information

We use essential session and security cookies to operate forms and staff sign-in. Our hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for operation and security. This site does not include advertising trackers.
